We use a USPS service for businesses. Once we sent your Bagby, you will receive a tracking code to track the status of your order at all times. Especially for this item, we ship priority (You will receive your item is 2 days) and we offer FREE Shipping on orders above $60.

We ship all our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. 

Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns.
- Contact us and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything. If you want to request a refund or a return for a subjective reason, we can do it, but we will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount. 

Our Bagby MAT is waterproof but the water won't dry straight away. It will take some hours but you won't feel you spilled any water on it. 

Our Bagby MAT ships folded to reduce space. Once our plastic-free packaging is removed, let it set flat for some time to settle. Bear in mind, it's build with 3 layers (front, pocket, cork) of premium quality materials so be patient. 

This is very easy to use, it's 100% tech-free
