What is this sleep mask made of?
The outer shell of the sleep mask is cotton with about 10% of elastane for durability. The filling is made of silk floss.
How do I use it?
1- Always put long strap on the bottom.
2- Attach the mask with shorter strap
3- Adjust the mask to achieve better blocking and fit.
4- Put your phone away.
5- Enjoy a distraction-free night and make this part of your night bedroom routine.
6- Wake up gentle and give you at least 30 min before you grab your phone.
What do you mean by "oversized design" and how this is beneficial?
Most eye masks in the market are either too narrow and don't fully block light or too wide which make them bulky and uncomfortable. Our eye sleep mask offer an optimal size to achieve both benefits: full light blockout + best comfort.
How can I wash this?
While some supporters have washed the mask in the washing machine on cold, this is a very soft cotton so we recommend hand wash with water temperature at 86F 30C.

How long will it take to get my orders?
We ship all our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns.
- Contact us and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything. If you want to request a refund or a return for a subjective reason, we can do it, but we will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount.
How many color does your product have?
