This is very easy to use and built to be intuitive. 
1- Long press the central button for 3 seconds to turn of the machine.
2- Soft touch the button again to change the sound.
3- Mechanical volume bar to control the volume.
4- Slide switch in the back if you would like to select a 30, 60 and 90 minute timer. Otherwise, listen as you like.
5- Slightly touch twice the button to turn Bluetooth function and connect to your phone to be used as speaker or play any sound you love.
6- For private mode, use 3.5mm jack audio output for discreet listening without disturbing others.
7- Enjoy your pause time and share it with others you love. 

We ship all our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

There is a lot confusing information about all the sound colors: White, pink, brown, green, etc. Also, "White Noise" is the most common and it's often used to defined this type of devices. 

This deviced focuses on mostly green sounds but has some white sounds, too. Green noise generally originated in nature and amplifies mid-range frequencies with uniform intensity while white sounds equal volumes of all the sound frequencies the human ear can hear (It's populary defined as background noises: a fan, TV, etc.).

This is one of the reason we added the bluetooth connection. Some people have the sounds they love stored in their phones.

No, we believe the the goal of this device and the alarm clock are different so we we wanted to separate both products. 
While Bagby CLOCKS mainly focus on removing your phone from the bedroom and waking up in mindful way (bedroom); Bagby PAUSE is all about your relaxing routine whether is to sleep, take a nap o simply meditate. You don't necessarily need to use it in your bedroom. 

Altought we are not big fans or using your phone, it comes with a built-in fast wireless charger so that you can charge your smartphone while you recharge yourself. 
Feel free to use it, or not. 

Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns.
- Contact us and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything. If you want to request a refund or a return for a subjective reason, we can do it, but we will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount. 

Noise is just one part of the sleep puzzle. To get a good night’s sleep, you need to focus on sleep hygiene as a whole. Sleep hygiene is the name for the set of daily habits you can do to help you fall and stay asleep at night. Other sleep aids can be a sleep mask, an alarm clock or a reminder to leave your phone outside the bedroom. We have them all available in our website!

More research needs to be done to say whether it’s OK to sleep with white noise all night. Our ears may need downtime to rest and recover at night. Consider using the built-in timer, so you only listen to it while falling asleep instead of all night, or only listen to white noise on noisy nights, like when traveling.

Currently, we only offer white but we are planning to launch other colors by the end of the year.
