If you are returning a clock that is not functioning as expected, please follow these steps before contacting our dedicated support team.

  • Step 1: Test with a new battery to ensure the battery is not the issue.
  • Step 2: Ensure the battery is fully inserted. Press down firmly on both sides to make sure it’s making proper contact. It might seem like it’s in place, but if not, it can cause the clock to malfunction. Here’s a helpful video.
  • Step 3: Check that the time-setting knob hasn’t been pushed down too hard. If it has, gently pull it back up. If the knob comes out, don’t worry—it can be reinserted.

If the issue persists, please send us a short video showing the back of the clock with the batteries inserted and the front of the clock not working. This will help us identify the problem and find the best solution for you.
