How do I use this?
This is very easy to use, it's 100% tech-free
1- Find the perfect place to hang your Bagby Social
2- Invite family, friends or colleagues to unplug. Place one phone in each pocket. Use the bottom larger pocket for you tablet.
3- Use the chalk pencil to write the name of the phone’s owner on the mini chalkboards (removable).
4- Use the top pocket to name your session. What are you unplugging for today?
5- Use the slit in the back for easy charging access.
6- Now, enjoy a mindful conversation and some unplugged time.
7- Use the eraser to remove the names once you’re done.
8- Share the unplugged experience with others!
How long will it take to get my orders?
We ship all our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns.
- Contact us and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything. If you want to request a refund or a return for a subjective reason, we can do it, but we will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount.

It fully fulfills its purpose
The utensil is very well made and fully fulfills its purpose. Even though we had to pay a lot for shipping because the shop is in the USA, the purchase was absolutely worth it!
Great focused spot
The product is great and we are slowly working out in our family how to use it. When life feels a bit out of control with teens, technology, and family life, and we clearly need some peace, it�s a great way to rein everyone in (ourselves included) in one focused spot. We had one shipping issue where the wrong thing was sent but they were so amazing - they let us keep the wrong thing and we had the right one on our doorstep almost right away. Wonderful customer service and quick shipping all the way around. The product is great and we are slowly working out in our family how to use it.
