Refund policy

You may return or exchange most Bagby products within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Personalized items are not eligible for return. Please read the details below to understand our full policy.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

  • If your order has not yet been packed and shipped, it may be possible to change or cancel your order by contacting us directly.

  • If your order has already been packed, you may still request a return or exchange as outlined below.



Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original invoice.

  • Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.



Refunds

  • Customers may choose whether they wish to receive refunds to the original payment method or to store credit.

  • Once the refund is issued to the original payment method, or to store credit, the refund method may not be changed. 

  • The refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected. If the returned item is not in suitable condition, it may be returned to you at your expense.

  • Alarm clocks must be shipped back in a protective shipping box; otherwise, refunds will not be issued.

  • If the item arrived damaged or not functioning, contact us for a full refund—we’ll cover the costs.

  • For exchanges, any price difference will be charged or refunded to the original payment method.



Important Return Conditions

  • Do not return items without contacting us first or sending to an incorrect address—these are ineligible for refunds.

  • Customers who cancel two or more orders are not eligible for future refunds.

  • Returns made more than 30 days after your last customer service interaction will not be accepted.

  • Items marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.



International Orders

  • Customers outside the USA are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The original shipping cost and any import duties or VAT will be deducted from the refund.

  4. Ship the product with tracking.
