Shipping policy
We use a USPS service for businesses. Once we sent your Bagby, you will receive a tracking code to track the status of your order at all times.
Shipping takes about 2-5 days and we are quite fast to prepare your pack so you will be receiving your pack likely after 2-3 days. We also offer Priority Mail (1-2 days) that you will see at checkout. We don't offer any refund for delay shipment. Don't worry, our orders have reached after 2-3 days in 95% of the cases.
Shipping cost depends depends on your location. When making the order and filling up your address of delivery, shipping costs will be automatically added to your order. We often offer FREE Shipping nationwide (USA).
For Non-USA orders, these are our estimated shipping time.
- Europe: 7-21 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-21 business days
- Asia Pacific: 10-21 business days
- Rest or North, Central, Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-15 business days
Bear in mind, you order might get hold in customs which us something beyond our control and might impact the shipping time. According to our data, it happens no more than 5% of all the packages sent. We do not offer any refund for orders taking longer than times above indicated.
We also offer DHL/FEDEX shipping options that reduce considerably the shipping time and the chances to be held in customs for an additional cost that you will see at checkout.
