1-Hang your Bagby on a doorknob. We recommend doing it in the outside side of the door.
2- Charge your phone by inserting your power bank or wireless charger along with your phone within the inside strap.
3- Turn on “night mode” for better sleep.
4- Organize your charging cable by inserting it through the side strap.
5- Use the elastic cord to close it.
6- Now, enjoy a mindful sleep and some unplugged time.
7 Share the unplugged experience with others!

Although we designed them to turn your bedroom phone-free, many people use them for any other room. For instance, you can use them for the bathroom, your office / studio, kids' play room, etc. At the end, it's about the outcome (phone-free room) so feel free to pick the room you want to have some distraction-free time.

Although we designed them to be hung in a doorknob you can also use it anywhere. For instance, you can take them in your purse or when you are outside or even when seating at a coffee shop or a restaurant. People will definitely notice and ask you what are these for. We ship all our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns.
- Contact us and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything. If you want to request a refund or a return for a subjective reason, we can do it, but we will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount.
