CARE
Water - remove water with a paper towel. The water won't dry straight away. It will take some hours but you won't feel you spilled any water on it
Spills (wine, food, oil) - wet the stain with water and light detergent. Wait 2-3 minutes, remove moisture, and repeat until the stain lightens
Dust & dry stains - vacuum the mat occasionally

How do I use this?
This is very easy to use, it's 100% tech-free
1- Find the perfect place to hang your Bagby Social
2- Invite family, friends or colleagues to unplug. Place one phone in each pocket.
3- Use the chalk pencil to write the name of the phone’s owner on the mini chalkboards (removable).
4- Use the top pocket to name your session. What are you unplugging for today?
5- Use the slit in the back for easy charging access.
6- Now, enjoy a mindful conversation and some unplugged time.
7- Use the eraser to remove the names once you’re done.
8- Share the unplugged experience with others!
How long will it take to get my orders?
We ship all our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns.
- Contact us and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything. If you want to request a refund or a return for a subjective reason, we can do it, but we will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount.

I wish we had had this before
The Social has been a relief for our family. We’ve hung it on the wall just outside our kitchen, and I love seeing it full of phones. We linger longer over dinner without our phones to turn to. Our 13 and 16 year old daughters roll their eyes but are secretly relieved, too, I think. I wish we had had this before our son went away to college last fall. Thank you for bringing some quiet back to our lives!

We're really happy with the 4-Pocket Phone Holder. We've known for a while that it's healthy for us to put our phones down, but there's something about having a dedicated tool for that that makes it easier to follow through with the task. The phone holder is handsome and unobtrusive: it's a nice little addition to our kitchen. We've been less connected to our phones and more connected with each other since we started using it.
