Our Impact & Sustainability
Screen addiction is the third biggest humanity "silent" epidemic right after cigarettes and sugar"
A global epidemic
The number of global smartphone users is estimated at 6.8 billion, (87% of world's population). It is also 3.2 billion, or 86.5%, more than the number of smartphone users there were in 2016, just a few years ago.
We cannot fight against smartphone penetration so we focus on increasing the time people spend off their screens ("Human Time") in a sustainable way.

Join CommunityFirst Launched in 2019, this digital wellness collaborative paper aims to have a positive impact on people like us who went through a wake-up call and are trying to make a change in the ultra-connected society we live in by joining forces with thoughtful leaders in the community.
In order to help further our supporters we have committed to make a video analyzing their screen time and share some valuable tips, weekly.
We do this for FREE and we love it!
OUR COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY GOES BEYOND PLATING TREES
Most companies offset their bad production practices. We believe that sustainability starts with our own production and shipping. We remove plastic from Earth to make most of our products.
Each product comes with it sustainability contribution mark.
Since 2020, we removed all the plastic in our packaging.
We only use cardboard, recycled paper and mailers made from 100% recycled materials. Our eco-friendly mailers repurpose existing waste and are fully recyclable through store drop-off recycling, promoting a circular economy.
100% of our shipping boxes are not branded so people can reuse them for gifting, shipping or any DIY project. We also ship about 10% of our orders on used boxes from other large companies like Amazon. Don't get mad if yours come that way, it's good for the planet!
We are currently working towards becoming a member of 1% For The Planet to put people and the planet over profit.
This way we will be part of a global network of businesses, individuals and environmental organizations tackling our planet's most pressing environmental issues.
