We ship all our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-20 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

3- Most solutions are flimsy and low quality. Instead, we stitch 2 thick layers of recycled felt to improve sturdiness and durability. 

4- Most solutions don't really care about teachers and schools. Instead, we want to engage with you and help you bring digital wellness to your classrooms. This is why we added 3 bonuses for you; including a digital wellness trivia game + a solution to help you sleep better and a reward for your student's parents. For the moment, we are launching this item with 2 versions (15 and 25 pockets) according to the survey we ran with teacher and some tests with ran. However, if you need more pockets, feel free to order more than one or a comabination of them. For classrooms with 30 students, we suggest to get 2x 15 pockets and use code MOREPOCKETS for additional 15% off. This code works for orders including 2 or more phone holders. 

After reading all your feedback and comments, we have added a strip that will help keep the phones secure. Also, this closing system allow students to see that their phones are properly stored in the pocket and prevent theft.

Our clients have always kept their orders and loved them. We don't often receive any refund request but if you don't like your Bagby item, we offer easy returns.
- Contact us and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
- If the item you received is damaged (for example due to the shipping) or doesn't work properly, you can ask for a refund and we will take care of everything. If you want to request a refund or a return for a subjective reason, we can do it, but we will deduct the return cost + the original shipping cost (if it was free) from the total amount.
