How do I get a quote?
To receive a quote for a product that you are interested in, please fill out our “Get A Quote” form and you will receive your first quote within 3 hours. We also have a brochure you can download.
Which products are available for customization?
All of our products can be customized. You can check our collections page to get an overview. We offer mindful perks for the bedroom, the workspace, meeting rooms, events, etc..
What is the minimum quantity order (MQO) for customization?
MQO will depend on customization level (logo, colors, packaging, etc.) and product type but generally, we suggest a MQO of 200 units. These amounts are flexible so if you need a lower quantity feel free to send us a message and share your requirements. We can work with you to meet and adapt to your needs.
Do you offer samples?
We provide pre-production digital proofs for all custom orders placed. Production does not start until you approve that proof and payment has been received. We are also happy to help you place an order for single units at full retail cost if physical samples are required.
What is the price for custom items?
Generally we offer a 40% discount* of the retail price listed in our website (without discounts) + shipping.
Price vary based on quantities and customization levels.

How does the customization process look like?
The customization process is very simple and it's divided in 3 key phases:
Phase 1: Custom Quote. you share key information such as quantities, branding, custom requirements, and most important your deadline via a form. You will receive an approximated quote in less than 3 hours.
Phase 2: Onboarding Creative Call. Our creative team will contact you to define and validate key elements, suggest best options to achieve your goals and finalize details and timeline. A pre-production digital proof will be provided to be approved by you.
Phase 3: Production and Delivery. Production will not start until approval and deposit payment has been received. The normal lead time for a custom order goes from 3-7 weeks depending on customization level, shipping location and quantities.

What is the lead time (production + shipping)?
The normal lead time for a custom order can be anywhere from 3-7 weeks depending on customization level, shipping location and quantities. If your deadline is tight, send us a message and we will work out the best solution for you.
What are the payment options and terms?
50% payment is required at signing and 50% at receiving the final product. We accept payment from all major credit cards or bank transfer. Feel free to send us a message if you have any further questions.
Can I cancel, make changes or return my custom order?
To make sure that your customization is just right, we will provide a high-quality digital proof for your approval prior to producing your order. Customization will not start until approval and deposit payment has been received. Once an order has been produced, we are unable make any changes. However, we can help you make changes for the next version.
100% of our business clients have kept and be satisfied with their custom orders. We apologize but we are unable to return customized product.
Where are the order shipped from?
We ship all of our orders from USA, specifically from North Carolina. With that said, location may vary in order to meet deadline requirements.
How do you ship your product?
We work with main carriers (Fedex, USPS, UPS. etc.) and offer special rates for businesses. Once we sent your products, you will receive a tracking code to track the status of your order. We will provide the options that best fit your timeline.
