rating of clock and sleep mask

Hi, guys, I've been enjoying the clock, but this past month, it's been losing time. I've checked battery, changed battery, but it loses time. A few minutes a week, and if I don't pay attention, I'll find I've lost a quarter hour. The rate of loss is irregular -- otherwise the clock has been working fine this past year. I don't know why it's been acting up after owning it a year. I love the concept, but I've taken to bringing my phone upstairs at night to double check the time -- sort of defeats the purpose. I like the sleep mask softness, but I have a small head and need to cinch up the velcro to fit it to my head. It wads up beneath my head and is uncomfortable. I don't know how to recommend a design change, except maybe offer something in smaller size?

Great invention, great daytime sleep

My wife and I love the masks. We bought two more as house gift then two more to have as presents in the future. They are ultra-comfortable and really do the trick if you're in a room where light can affect your ability to sleep.
